BREAKFAST is served in the farmhouse style kitchen between 7:30am and 9:00am on weekdays and between 8:30am and 9:00am at weekends, where the AGA style range keeps you warm in winter and the French windows cool you in summer. 

A typical breakfast menu offers orange juice and a choice of freshly made coffee, Breakfast or Earl Grey tea served with fresh bread or toast and a selection of good quality jams, honey and marmalade A selection of fruit, cereals and muesli is also provided.

Alternatively guests can order the “Sussex Breafast”, which is cooked to order, featuring eggs from the resident hens and the finest locally produced eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes. As the best cooked breakfast demands the freshest ingredients, please order in advance when making your booking.

Arrivals and Departures.
Typically guests arrive between 4.30pm and 6 pm and check out time on the day of departure is by 10:00 on weekdays and by 11:00 on weekends.
